My full fee is $200 for the initial intake session and $150 for subsequent meetings. I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO. While I am not in network with other insurance companies I will provide you with the appropriate documentation and if needed, walk you through the process to file a claim so that you can make optimal use of your out of network benefits.
